Requirements Customer Service Officer:

• MALAYSIAN citizens aged between 18 to 35 years old
• Minimum height of 152cm for female and 160cm for male
• Minimum qualification of SPM with at least a grade C in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma in a related field
• Candidates with proven ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin are recommended to apply for the Customer Service Officer (Mandarin Speaker) position
• Fully vaccinated

Requirements for Ramp Agent:

• MALAYSIAN citizens aged between 19 to 35 years old
• Minimum qualification of SPM (Passed)
• Possesses Class D driving license
• Fully vaccinated

Dress Code:

• Business Formal
