We’re growing and looking for customer-centric individuals to join us as our Customer Service Officer! As a CSO, you’ll be responsible for delivering the best Malaysian Hospitality and ground experiences to the passengers of our esteemed customer airlines. Qualification Prerequisites:

• Impeccable grooming and excellent decorum;
• Malaysian Citizen aged between 18 and 35 (Male and Female);
• Minimum Qualification: SPM with at least a grade C in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma in a related field;
• Candidate with proven ability to speak, read and write Mandarin, eligible to apply for Customer Service Officer – Mandarin Speaker;
• Fully vaccinated

• Business Formal
