Hot tips for your interview:

Height:

• Female: Minimum 157cm barefoot
• Male: Minimum 170cm barefoot
  ** Minimum arm reach of 210cm

Interview Prep:

1. Please bring the original and a copy of your Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate with a credit in English or any equivalent credentials.
2. Original and copy of MyKad or passport
3. Original and copy of digital vaccination certificate
4. Updated resume
5. Original and copy of higher education certificates or equivalent
6. Versant English Placement Test (minimum GSE score of 50), taken within the last two years, may be submitted as an alternative if SPM English does not meet the requirement

Recommended Dress Code:

• Female: Black skirt (knee length), red blouse
• Male: All black office attire

This role requires determination, resilience, and a positive outlook. You’ll be on your feet for hours, working irregular shifts, handling challenges, and ensuring the best experience for our guests.

Safety is #1. As much as we bring the fun, we’re also firm when it matters. You’ll be trained to handle any situation and emergencies, while enforcing safety regulations.

Grooming & Presentation:

We celebrate individuality, but professional grooming matters too. Here’s what we look for:

• Clear, flawless skin (no visible acne scars)
• No visible marks on hands and legs
• No braces
• Healthy, well-kept hair (long hair is allowed, but may need to be trimmed if required)
