Who do we need?

• Candidates who have successfully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
• Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
• Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
• Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
• Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
• Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
• Must be physically and mentally prepared to undergo rigorous training and effectively fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
• Must have a customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
• Willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.

This exclusive recruitment event is dedicated to Cabin Crew positions only and will take place in CLARK, PAMPANGA. Your schedule, including the date and time of your assessment, will be sent to your registered email address.

Important Reminders for the Recruitment Event:

• Kindly bring an updated copy of your resume with a recent photograph attached
• Please be guided by our strict dress code during the application process:
• Male applicants are required to wear pants/trousers, and a short-sleeved polo.
• Female applicants are required to wear a knee-length skirt paired with a short-sleeved top or blouse. Hair must be neatly tied in a bun, complemented by appropriate make-up. Blazers, coats, or jackets are optional for both male and female applicants.
