easyJet Airbus Rated Co-Pilot [Berlin]

€47,825 – €86,314 OTE (on-target earnings, dependent on experience)

We have exciting new prospects in Berlin, which has been a strong pillar in our network since 2004. New aircraft will be joining the base soon and we’re looking for Airbus 320/330/340 Co-Pilots already based here, or for those thinking of a move to this great city.

Requirements of the Role

Highly skilled, friendly, positive and passionate about flying, you’ll add to our famous Orange Spirit. You’ll also have a real passion to be part of a highly professional and successful team and meet these minimum requirements:

  • ATPL (frozen or unfrozen)
  • Currently operating as a commercial passenger airline Co-pilot on A320, A330 or A340 family of aircraft
  • Minimum 500 hours on the A320, A330 or A340 family of Aircraft.
  • Low-visibility Cat III-qualified
  • UK EASA Licence (or must be converted to UK EASA prior to starting employment)
  • UK EASA Class 1 unrestricted medical (If medical records are not held by the UK CAA, applicants must be willing and able to transfer medical records to UK to permit the issue of a UK issued EASA license)
  • Minimum ICAO Level 5 English with requirement to achieve Level 6 within six months of employment
  • Right to live and work in Europe with unrestricted access across the easyJet network

Outline of easyJet Co-Pilot Selection Process

First Stage: Online Assessments

Second Stage: Applications reviewed

Third Stage: Successful applicants will be invited to attend a whole day non-technical Assessment Centre in Luton (these are likely to be from May 2016 onwards)

Fourth Stage: Technical Simulator assessment – you will be invited to Gatwick or Burgess Hill. This stage will usually take place within 3 weeks of your non-technical assessment.

Final offers will then be made based on a full review of all elements of the process and our business requirements.
