At easyJet, we’re all about opening up Europe to a whole generation of travellers. Because of our extensive network, simplicity and low prices, the possibilities to get-up-and-go and experience Europe are endless.
As a pilot with easyJet you’ll be working with a great team and will have development opportunities, quick Command progression, a variety of European bases and a safe, modern A320 fleet all at your fingertips. We enjoy bringing the latest technologies to the flight deck and we’re always open to new suggestions.
We have exciting new prospects in Berlin, which has been a strong pillar in our network since 2004. New aircraft will be joining the base soon and we’re looking for Airbus 320/330/340 Co-Pilots already based here, or for those thinking of a move to this great city.
Our Pilots are dedicated, enthusiastic and highly talented. And we’re extremely proud of them. So, if you share our energy, integrity and passion for flying, take your career places and play a lead role as part of our professional and successful flight operations team.
Highly skilled, friendly, positive and passionate about flying, you’ll add to our famous Orange Spirit. You’ll also have a real passion to be part of a highly professional and successful team and meet these minimum requirements:
Please only submit one application for your preferred base; any additional applications will be withdrawn. If you are flexible with your base choices, you will be able to discuss that with the team at your interview.
Outline of easyJet Co-Pilot Selection Process

Second Stage: Applications reviewed
Third Stage: Successful applicants will be invited to attend a whole day non-technical Assessment Centre in Luton (these are likely to be from May 2016 onwards)
