Airport Service Agent and Customer Service Agent
Our check-in airport services staff offer passengers the highest levels of service from the moment they check-in through to their final destination; the gates the lounges and beyond. They’re often the first experience passengers will have of the Emirates Group and first impressions count for everything. It’s an ideal position for outgoing and detail-oriented personalities who are passionate about service delivery and driving our business through improved efficiency and safety standards. These roles will be in either Emirates uniform or dnata.
marhaba
There’s something quite special about being greeted by a marhaba services agent before or after a flight. People skills and a calm and efficient manner to get passengers – from VIPs to busy families – smoothly on their journey, are important attributes. it’s also the extras, like warmth and a wide smile that really set our marhaba team apart.
Customer Sales and Service Agents and Contact Centre Agents
Excellent people skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to help our customers with their flights, hotels and other travel plans. Our agents work on the front line to help our customers with everything from last minute travel plans to itinerary changes. We’re looking for those with a calm approach to customer service and the ability to offer friendly, and professional assistance over the phone as well as face-to-face.
Cruise Services
Our Cruise Services agents have an exciting and fast-paced working environment as they welcome cruise passengers ashore for their brief visits to the UAE. Organising a swift and smooth passage through customs and arrivals, and arranging excursions is just part of the job description. Agents also get an opportunity to work with outside providers, such as limousine and coach companies, local travel companies and hotels, so there’s plenty of scope to build knowledge and contacts as part of their professional development.
