General Requirements:

• Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• Single (never been married)
• Excellent health (both physically and mentally)
• Never had experience as a cabin crew
• Fluent in English with good communication skills (other foreign language skills are preferred)
• Service-oriented, committed, and experienced in direct interaction

Document Requirements:

• Application Letter & Curriculum Vitae
• Identification Card (KTP)
• Copies of Bachelor’s degree certificate
• Vaccine Covid certificate dose 1-3
• Eyeglasses prescription from Ophthalmologist
• Professional Colored Photos
• 1 Full-length postcard size
• 1 Side View photo
• 1 Close-up 4×6 size

Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 21 years of age and not more than 26 years old
• Minimum height 160 cm with proportional body weight and posture
• Not wearing glasses during the selection and training process (highly recommended using contact lenses with maximum of minus 5.00, and cylindrical 2.00)
• Willing to follow all stages of cabin crew recruitment selection

Prepared Dress Code:

• Appropriately outfit (light-colored, short-sleeved blouse and dark knee-length skirt)
• High heel shoes (close-toed/no ankle straps)
• Natural make-up
