Gulf Air Cabin Crew [Bahrain]

MAIN OBECTIVES & DUTIES:

As a Gulf Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. As the frontline ambassadors of the airline, you will represent the image and values of Gulf Air, helping to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum High School education.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
A professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and serve customers from various cultural backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to meet the physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards.
Ability to swim.
Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air’s image and service quality requirements.
