Responsibilities:

• Ensure inflight safety of passengers
• Deliver excellent customer service which is enjoyable and impressive for passengers
• Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18
• Bachelor Degree or high school graduate with more 1 year of flight attendant experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese, other Asian language would be an advantage
• A valid certificate of English TOEFL score with 60 or above; IELTS test certification with score of 5 or above; or TOEIC total test score of more than 600 is preferred
• A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
• Good communication skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in an aviation industry would be advantageous
• Successful employment background check with no criminal history
