Accelerated Track Trainee Programme – 3 Years Journey

Year One: Business Unit

• Develop Functional Skills
• Drive execution & operational excellence

Year Two: Customer-Fronting Units

• Lounge, customer handling, below the wing, sales etc
• Present and influence decision-makers

Year Three: Develop Business Acumen

• Business Development, Planning & Strategy
• Supervisory Opportunity
• Present and influence decision-makers

Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen
• Young, passionate and under 28 years of age
• Strong leadership qualities proven with participation in co-curricular activities
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Field of study:
  • Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Computer Science & Information Technology (Data Communications & Networking / Artificial Intelligence / Digital Science)
  • Psychology
• Bachelor’s Degree in above disciplines with: Minimum Second Class Upper
