Malaysia Airlines Cargo Officer [Penang] (February 2020)

Role Purpose:

To provide efficient services for MAB Kargo Customer in the processing of Outbound cargo which included warehouse activities, Warehouse Counter, Special Acceptance, RAMP, Load Control and ULD.

Key Accountability:

• To ensure that all shipments received are safe and the vendor has done proper loading of palletized cargo and to ensure that outbound cargo are properly weighted and volumetric check according to airlines requirement
• To ensure that efficient service for outbound warehouse ramp activities and to be in charged of load control as this to make sure all manifest and ULDs finalized before the cut time off
• To have total control if inwards and outwards of ULD and stacked accordingly to their respective location
• To ensure all procedures of transferring ULD and outbound document are dispatch to aircraft are in order before departure

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Cargo/Business/Logistics and related course with 01 year of working experience in Cargo logistics, or
• High school certificate (SPM/STPM) with 02 years of working experience in airlines or Cargo logistics

Skills & Knowledge:

• PC Literate with knowledge in MS office
• Pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English and work independently

• Flown shipment as per booked
• Manpower arrangement as the warehouse operate 24/7 and 365 days
