RAMP AGENT @ SUBANG, SEPANG, KUCHING, LANGKAWI:

• To perform load and unloading of baggage and cargo activities at baggage sorting areas, aircraft and arrival hall
• To operate ground service equipment
• To perform aircraft towing activities

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT @ SUBANG, SEPANG, LANGKAWI:

• Assist passengers with check in procedures including tagging baggage and issuing boarding pass
• Assisting passenger with special needs
• Make boarding annoucement

LOAD MASTER @ SEPANG:

• To ensure accuracy in calculating passenger figures, baggage/cargo weight and fuel
• Pre-plan correct pacement of weight distribution on the aircraft
• Resposible to ensure all load control activities are completed accurately
