Typical duties will include:
- Monitor on board safety to the VIP clients by applying all measures, regulations and policies in the Cabin
- Offer outstanding Customer service and constantly improve in flight service
- Be proactive at all times
- Maintain Cabin equipment & linen on board stock
- Ensure the Cabin is spotless and presentable at all times
- Time and Cabin management
- Plan catering orders of cost effective menus in relation with passenger profiles & available cuisine, Solve problems creatively and follow through with Customer feedback
- Be inventive when circumstances dictate
- Create and update Passenger profiles
- Create and update Station profiles
- Provide thorough and correct flight documentation
- Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude
- Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved
About You:
Being cabin crew is not just a job but a way of life.
We invite applications from those who meet the following requirements:
- Minimum education: high school degree
- Minimum 5 years of flying experience in a reputable International Airline, in a supervisory or leadership position
- At least 2 – 3 years of VIP/Corporate Airline experience will be preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an asset)
- Excellent health and fitness
- Strong work ethics and committed to impeccable service
- Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a multinational team
- Professional, discreet, creative, proactive and flexible
- High standard of self-perception and personal presentation
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar
- Non-restricted passport is an advantage
