STARLUX Airlines Customer Service Representative [KLIA]


STARLUX Airlines is searching for customer service representative to join us in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Check out the responsibilities and qualifications below to see if this position is something for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and execute flight operations (check-in counter, boarding gate, office administration).
  2. Manage the operational quality of the ground handling agent in alignment with company policies.
  3. Prepare and submit relevant reports to headquarters after each day’s flight operations.
  4. Handle irregularities and customer complaints.
  5. Assist with general station affairs and administrative duties.
  6. Perform multiple functions and other tasks as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

  1. Have excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  2. Able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.
  3. Be meticulous and attentive to details.
  4. Able to react quickly and solve difficult problems.
  5. Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  6. Accept rotation work shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
  7. Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.
  8. Be able to travel to other work locations or cities as necessary to support operations.
  9. Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
  10. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.

Preferred:

  1. Possess airside/landside working knowledge and is familiar with operational systems of Amadeus Altéa Suite: CM, FM, ARD Web and WorldTracer, etc.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. (Word/Excel/Power Point… etc.)

Education:

  • Hold a diploma or above.

Work Experience:

  • Two years minimum in aviation industry. Experience in airport passenger or ground handling is a plus.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
  • We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking passengers and Taiwan headquarters.
