Thai AirAsia Cabin Crew Recruitment [Bangkok] (November 2024)

We are glad to receive your application for the position of Cabin Crew under Thai AirAsia (FD) based in Don Mueang.

NOTE** Please read our conditions and agenda carefully, for you to follow our recruitment steps accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Thai nationality only, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Open to both new graduates, non-experienced, and experienced crew, under the conditions stated 3 – 14 as below.
3. For new graduates, and non-experienced, age MUST not over 28 years old (Date of birth from October, 22nd 1996 onwards).
4. Experienced crew candidates, age MUST not over 35 years old (Born on or after October, 22nd 1989) Note: if currently, not in a cabin crew position, your resignation from a cabin crew position MUST not exceed 2 years from October 22nd 2022
5. Minimum height (Bare feet): Female 162 CM. and Male 172 CM.
6. BMI: Female MUST not exceed 22, and Male MUST not exceed 23.
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English with at least 650 TOEIC Scores 2 years validity. (Issued date after October, 22nd 2022)
8. Good Communication in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or additional language would be an advantage.
9. Good appearance, poised, smart-looking, and well-groomed.
10. Healthy with excellent eyesight. (Must wear contact lenses only)
11. No visible tattoos or scars while in uniform.
12. Dental braces and Invisalign are not permitted.
13. Service-minded, cheerful, and passionate.
14. For male candidates, the military services MUST be exempted.

1. An updated CV with a profile picture in the English version.
2. A full-body photo in your own style, with a clear face, without glasses or sunglasses, and no filter
3. A copy of your Identification Card.
4. A copy of your passport. (6 months validity before expiration date)
5. A copy of your TOEIC score. (Personal type only)
6. A copy of your additional language proficiency test certificate (if any)
7. Military Exemption Document (for male only)

DRESS CODE:

Female: Full makeup, knee-length blue denim skirt with a plain short-sleeved white T-shirt, and wearing high heels at least 2.5 inches without stocking
Male: A plain white short-sleeve T-shirt paired with clean, untorn blue jeans, and wearing loafers or sneakers

CONDITIONS: IF YOU ARE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

1. A successful candidate will join as a ‘Cabin Crew Trainee’ position (Initial level).
2. A successful candidate is required to follow Thai AirAsia’s SOP strictly.
3. Bond condition is applied.
4. During all the mandatory and initial training as Cabin Crew Trainee, absence and postponement from class are NOT allowed except for an accident with a medical letter from the hospital only.
