The SCCE – Compliance has an oversight of VietJet Cabin Operations and manages the day-to-day interface of all Operational functions to ensure compliance with Vietnam Aviation Regulations and other applicable international regulation.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the establishment and promulgation of standards for all CC to comply with, during flight and training operations;
- Recording and analyzing of any deviation from the company standards, ensuring corrective action and necessary adjustments to be made in a timely manner in order to avoid undesirable trends;
- Monitor any updates in all operation manuals to ensure content accuracy, standardization and the related documentation, policies and procedures are amended as required;
- Supervise the development of standards and procedures in order to meet departmental (and third party) needs, in compliance with national and international regulations and standards as well as best practices;
- Provide a forum for researching, evaluating, implementing new suggestions to promote standard development;
- Maintain a feedback system through open communication with the CCC, CC Training Manager and relevant flight operation departments ensuring all standard issues are clearly understood and implemented;
- Submit periodically report for CCC giving details on the level of standardization and subjects for continuous improvement;
- Liaise with CCD Safety team, Safety Department and Safety & Quality Assurance (SQA) Department in order to coordinate interfaces and communication with CAAV and foreign national aviation authorities; compliance with VARS, IOSA, and ICAO standards;
- Liaise with relevant departments for the acknowledgement, investigation and discipline action if required following details from Coruson, EVR ;
Job Requirement:
- A Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of Purser or Job Grade 4 and above
- Previous experience in a customer service based role
- Experience of delivering results through large work groups would be an advantage
- Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards
- Strong leadership skill
- Required minimum 30hrs flying duty/observation each month
- Must be well verse in Microsoft Office
