Vueling Airlines First Officers Recruitments

Due to the need to cover future vacancies in its national and European bases, Vueling launches a new First Officers selection process. The Company will hire 200 new pilots that will join Vueling for the upcoming 2016 summer period. For this selection process, Vueling is looking for 2 different pilot profiles: the first one with medium experience and the second one with high experience.

Requirements :

Profile 1 :

• EASA License
• Class 1 unrestricted medical certificate
• Language proficiency: at least ICAO level 4 English and Spanish (Spanish level required before joining Vueling)
• Hold ATPL (frozen or unfrozen)
• Minimum 300 factored hours according Vueling Pilots union agreement (see Table 1)

Profile 2 :

• EASA License
• Class 1 unrestricted medical certificate
• Language proficiency: at least ICAO level 4 English and Spanish (Spanish level required before joining Vueling)
• Hold ATPL (frozen or unfrozen)
• Experience on A320/330/340 or a minimum of 2,000 Commercial Air Transport flight hours.

The selection process includes :

• Applications review.
• Day 1: Aircraft general knowledge and operational procedures Test. English Written and listening evaluation. Psychometric Test.
• Day 2: Personal interview and role play exercise.
• Day 3: Simulator assessment (Only for pilots with no previous experience in Airbus)
