Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner Get FAA Approved!

The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) has cleared Boeing’s new 787-10 Dreamliner airplane for commercial service, the company announced Monday morning.

To date, Boeing has 171 firm orders for the 787-10 from customers worldwide and commitments for dozens more, including Emirates airline’s announcement in November that it will buy 40 of the wide-bodies. The first delivery is expected to Singapore Airlines in the first half of 2018.

Boeing said the new Dreamliner will get 25 percent better fuel efficiency per seat than other airplanes.

The plane can fly 330 passengers up to 6,430 nautical miles (about 1,1908 kilometers).
