Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in SingaporeRight to live and work in Singapore

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, or a minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent) with a pass in English accompanied by at least one year of cabin crew experienceBachelor’s degree or above, or a minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent) with a pass in English accompanied by at least one year of cabin crew experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages for serving our international customers: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean or ThaiProficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages for serving our international customers: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean or Thai

As this position is safety-sensitive, successful candidates are required to meet the following criteria to perform the role of a cabin crew:

  • Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal recordsSuccessfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records
  • Pass a pre-employment medical assessmentPass a pre-employment medical assessment

Exemption from English Assessment is available for candidates with either of the following:

Shortlisted candidates will be notified within six weeks to complete a digital interview and an English assessment. If you are unable to attend any of the assessments, your application will be considered withdrawn. You are welcome to reapply after three months.

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day held in Singapore in June 2026.
