Recruitment Overview:

International cabin crew candidates are exempt from the initial cabin crew training fee and ground service rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety of passengers throughout the flight;
2. Provide high-quality and excellent customer service to passengers;
3. Implement corresponding safety procedures and service items in accordance with flight characteristics and requirements;
4. Provide onboard retail sales services for featured products.

Selection Criteria:

1. Education and Major:
   • College degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the candidate’s home country (or above).
   • No major restriction.
2. Language Proficiency:
   1. English Speaking Standard:
      • Candidates must be fluent in spoken English.
      • Candidates must be able to deliver standard aviation English for emergency and routine cabin announcements.
      • For candidates whose native language is not English, an English oral test will be required.
   2. Chinese Speaking Standard:
      • Basic Chinese communication skills required.
   3. Appearance & Image Standard
      • Candidates must be able to wear the designated cabin crew uniform and meet the company’s professional image standards.
   4. Height Reach Standard
      • Barefoot, with both hands reaching simultaneously (tiptoeing permitted), candidates must reach a minimum height of 212 cm.
      • Jumping or using external aids is not allowed.
      • The test result is final and based on the on-site marking.
   5. Physical Condition Requirements
      • Shall comply with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) “Rules for the Administration of Medical Certification for Civil Aviation Personnel.”

Compensation:

• Pre-tax monthly salary: Approximately RMB 7,500–15,000 (final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s technical rank and total flight hours logged).
• The Company will lawfully contribute to China’s statutory social insurance for foreign employees.
