THE SKY ELITES 2026 is the inaugural recruitment program for Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ 5-star Cabin Crew, exclusively designed for experienced cabin crew currently serving with 5-star airlines around the world.
This is not just an opportunity to join a new airline with rapid growth and a vision to achieve internationally recognized 5-star standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience Criteria:
   • Currently working as Cabin Crew for an airline that holds a 5-star rating from Skytrax or APEXworldclass, with a minimum of 12 months of cumulative Cabin Crew experience.
2. General Criteria:
   • Educational Level: High School Diploma or higher.
   • Height: Male from 170cm – 185cm, Female from 160cm – 175cm.
   • English: Minimum TOEIC certificate of 550 or equivalent (IELTS 5.0/ TOEFL ITP 450/ TOEFL iBT 35/ VSTEP 5.5/ Bachelor of English Language graduating with Good grade or higher).
   • For the position of Cabin Manager: Minimum TOEIC certificate of 600 or equivalent (IELTS 5.0/ TOEFL ITP 475/ TOEFL iBT 40/ VSTEP 5.5/ Bachelor of English Language graduating with Good grade or higher).
   • All qualifications and ratings must be valid up to the time of joining the Carrier.
