Batik Air Malaysia Customer Service Officer [Penang] (15 September 2026)

We’re hiring, join our team as Ground Operation – Customer Service Officer (Penang International Airport).

Requirements:

• Malaysian, aged 19 – 35 years.
• SPM credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work in shifts and overtime as required by operational needs.

Role:

• Assist passengers to check-in for departure.
• Facilitate passengers boarding for departure or preparation to receive passengers upon arrival.
• To provide hospitality services.

• CV/ Resume.
• Photocopy of identification card (NRIC).
• Copy of academic certificate (SPM & Above).
• 1 passport sized photo.

Dress Code:

• Formal Attire.
