Job Description:

• Assist with passenger check-in, boarding and arrival procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to airport operations.
• A Diploma or higher in Airline Operations, Airport Management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably graduated from Tourism or experience in airlines will be an advantage.
