ExecuJet Flight Attendant [Kuala Lumpur]

Luxaviation is currently seeking a suitably qualified Flight Attendant to join our operations based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The position is to maintain safety, operational and service standards as set out by Luxaviation operations manuals, policies and procedures, delivering a 5-star service to all passengers and guests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.
  • Ensures safety standards are maintained in the passenger cabin, galley and all other relevant areas on-board of the aircraft at all times.
  • Ensures the safety and comfort of the passengers in accordance with Luxaviation policies and procedures.
  • Executes and coordinates all cabin safety and emergency procedures specified in the operations manual, keeping the flight deck crew informed of any irregularities and malfunctions.
  • Ensures all pre-flight, inflight and post flight duties are completed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and maintaining high presentation standards of the aircraft cabin, galley and bathrooms.
  • Delivers silver service catering for all flights in accordance with approved catering policies and passenger requirements.
  • Completes all required operational documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining aircraft and passenger equipment and socks.
  • Maintains high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and presentation in line with Luxaviation policy.
  • Responsible for ensuring validity of key personal documentation including passport(s), visas, license, medical, crew ID and vaccinations.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command or as requested by the passengers and guests.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Essential:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of VIP etiquette and protocol.
  • Exceptional grooming and standards of personal hygiene, presentation and appearance.
  • Strong collaboration skills – excellent team player also capable of working well independently.
  • Adaptable and willing to work flexible, long working hours including lengthy periods away from home.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capable of working well under pressure.
  • Proactive and safety focused.
  • Previous corporate aviation experience preferred.
  • IT skills including Microsoft office.

Working hours – in accordance with Flight and Duty guidelines.
