Job Description:

We are NOT your usual airline. The Scoot brand is young at heart, dynamic and at its core – passionate about travel! We’re an airline with a different attitude, surrounded by people who put in their all and bleed yellow.

Our cadets will undergo a customised co-funded training course at our preferred training college. Completion of the course equips you with a Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) or ‘Frozen’ ICAO ATPL. You’ll be one step closer to becoming a Second Officer/Junior First Officer!

Upon graduation from the MPL Cadet Programme, you will undertake Scoot’s base and line training to ensure you are fully equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to fly.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimally 18 years old (as required by regulations in Air Navigation Order).
• Legally entitled to work in Singapore upon completion of training.
• Min GCE ‘O’ level with at least 5 Credits in the GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent at one sitting. These must include English, Mathematics, and a Science subject, preferably Physics.
• Qualify for Class I & II unrestricted medical certification as approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB).
• Good visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6 and not colour blind to meet safety requirements.
• Willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory bond period.

Training Period:

• Successful Candidates will be required to committee to a minimum period of 18-24 months of consecutive training with no disruptions

Training Bond:

• This is a co-funded program and successful candidates will be required to enter a training bond for a period of 6 years after the 18-24 months of training period.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests. Thereafter, we will be conducting an Assessment Centre in Oct 2025 and selected candidates will be invited to attend!

Successful applicants are expected to commence training within January to April 2026.
