Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
• Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
• Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
• Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner
• Embrace diversity and be thoughtful and caring to all our customers especially those who need extra help

• Adapt to situations with confidence, tact and flexibility
• Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18
• Bachelor’s degree, or high school graduate accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese. A third language is preferable.
• A valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 Mar 2023 will be exempted from the English assessment.*
• Good communication skills
• Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe
• Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be advantageous

As the position you are applying for is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:

• Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records
• Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment
• Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances – Annex B, CAD373

*Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempted from the English assessment. Personal & Application Information:

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Ho Chi Minh City in Jan 2025. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the first quarter of 2025.

Where the successful candidates require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the Hong Kong Immigration Department’s website for details.
