We’re growing and looking for customer-centric individuals to join us as our Customer Service Officer! As a CSO, you’ll be responsible for delivering the best Malaysian Hospitality and ground experiences to the passengers of our esteemed customer airlines. The ideal candidate must meet the prerequisite criteria as above. Tips? Attend the interview with the best look and confidence that you’ve got.
Qualification Prerequisites:
- Impeccable grooming and excellent decorum;
- Malaysian Citizen aged between 18 and 35 (Male and Female);
- Minimum Qualification: SPM with at least a grade C in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma in a related field;
- Candidate with proven ability to speak, read and write Mandarin, eligible to apply for Customer Service Officer – Mandarin Speaker;
- Fully vaccinated
