We’re hiring, join our team as Ground Operation – Customer Service Officer (KLIA).
Requirements:
- Malaysian, aged 19 – 30 years.
- SPM credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work in shifts.
Role:
- Facilitate passengers boarding for departure or preparation to receive passengers upon arrival.
- To provide hospitality services.
- Perform check in function.
- Assist passengers with check in procedures including tagging baggage and issuing boarding pass.
- Travel document – valid and up to date.
- Assisting passenger with special needs.
- Notify passenger on baggage restriction.
