Role Purpose:

  • Handling FOCA daily operation at check in counter and departure gate as per SLA

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide highest customer service standards to FOCA
  • Compliance to customer airlines’s safety,security & regulatory procedures
  • Ensuring customer airlines on time performance and baggage requirements
  • Ensuring travel document and visa requirement are adhered to
  • Ensure sufficient resources as per customer airlines SLA


  • SPM – In any field

Working Experience:

  • 0-2- Relevant Ground Handling experince

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Customer Services skill
  • Communication skills

Reports To:

  • Duty Manager FOCA
