We’re hiring, join our team as Ground Operation – Customer Service Officer (KLIA).

Requirements:

  • Malaysian, aged 19 – 30 years.
  • SPM credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work in shifts.

Role:

  • Facilitate passengers boarding for departure or preparation to receive passengers upon arrival.
  • To provide hospitality services.
  • Perform check in function.
  • Assist passengers with check in procedures including tagging baggage and issuing boarding pass.
  • Travel document – valid and up to date.
  • Assisting passenger with special needs.
  • Notify passenger on baggage restriction.
