Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-flight briefings concerning weather, altitudes, routes, emergency procedures, crew coordination, lengths of flights, food and beverage services offered, and numbers of passengers
  • To ensure, perform and deliver the highest level of service at all times
  • Plan, order and prepare in-flight catering
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
  • Check to ensure that food, beverages, blankets, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply
  • Carry out pre-flight and post-flight aircraft cleaning duties

Once Safety Training is completed:

  • Direct and assist passengers in emergency procedures, such as evacuating a plane following an emergency landing
  • Prepare passengers and aircraft for take-offs and landings, following procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years flying experience in Business or First Class
  • Experience working in Private Jets preferred
  • Be prepared for long haul flights
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin or English & another language (to liaise with multi-lingual speaking passengers)
  • Independent with ability to work under pressure
