My name is Els Roussel, a Belgian female pilot, and now 44 years young, married and living in Asia, Kuala Lumpur.

As a passionate pilot with more than 22 years of experience in the commercial airline industry, both as a pilot and safety manager, I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to your pilot team.

As a former EVA Air A330 pilot, with more than 10,000 total flying hours, of which almost 3000 hours on the A330 and 1000 hours on the A320, I possess a broad technical skill and expertise to allow me to make a positive contribution to your airline. Backed up by my excellent communication talents as well as my meticulous attention to procedures and detailed knowledge of my manuals and handbooks, I believe that flying is not a just a profession but also a lifestyle. I am capable of maintaining strict timelines, whilst still being flexible to ad hoc changes, I love working in team where my leading capacities could definitely contribute when required, whilst supervising the highest passenger service and flight safety standards.

With my extensive record of piloting success, never having failed any simulator check, and a clear accident/incident report, I believe I am well prepared to extend my record of service to your pilot team.
