EXPERIENCE
On the Job trainee (November 2013-March 2014)
United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) – Baguio City, Benguet
As a trainee, I was given clerical responsibilities, required to do data encodings and bank deposits. Also, I was asked to join branch meetings and attend seminars related to business which gave me the opportunity to interact with different kinds of people.
Phillipine Airlines Express (August 2016-March 2020)
Flying with Philippines Airlines Express (PAL Ex) for almost 3 years, was definitely life changing. As a female senior cabin crew, I was just not able to fulfill my dream to work with the Philippine’s flag carrier, but I was also given the chance to become a better person by learning to socialize and adapt with different kinds of people. I will always love the feeling of making them feel safe and secured. I have learned that everyone has his/ her own personality that not everyone will be able to understand, but respecting each other as a person would always be the key. One must be willing to adjust and always be flexible enough to meet with this differences, and I would always step up to be that person. There would be passengers you knew and have just met that puts their trust in you as soon as they step inside the aircraft, and that feeling itself is overwhelming enough and that for me, there is no other job fulfilling as to be a flight attendant. Serving will always be my passion.
VEB Pawnshop (March 2020- present)
Working in the customer service as an auditor, is also meeting different kinds of people with different kinds of needs. Again, serving in another way, yet similarly fulfilling. I was given the job to do office works such as auditing employees and their works, screen their belongings being pawn, computing, organizing, checking, filing and the likes. Talking with the customers would always be the best part since I am given the chance to interact with people, make them feel that I can be trusted, get to know them, and manage to give their expectations through the business as much as possible. I am helping them with their needs, but they are helping me more by teaching me certain things towards appreciating every single thing in life, big or small.
