Responsibilities:

  • Ensure inflight safety of passengers
  • Deliver excellent customer service which is enjoyable and impressive for passengers
  • Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean, other Asian language would be an advantage
  • A valid English TOEFL/ IELTS test certification or TOEIC test score of more than 400 is preferred
  • A minimum arm-reach of 210cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
  • Good communication skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Background check with no criminal history
  • Must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine
