Personality:

People who are positive, outgoing and with pleasant disposition, love working (and serving) people, passionate, who have inexhaustible smiles, boundless energy, and who loves working with a great brand which is also a “family” and not just an “employer”. People who are chasing their dreams!

Other aspects of their personality that we should look out for are those who have shown determination, persistence, with a never-say-die attitude. People who have triumphed over adversities.

It’s important that they also have the kind of ability to work hard – be on their feet for hours and on many sectors, able to work on different hours, able to handle conflicts and issues, clean the cabin and toilets, and work on the tarmac or at the gates.They must also have a firm personality. Remember, part of their job may be to give instructions during emergencies, or calm a tense situation, or be in a commanding position to enforce certain rules or regulations.

And of course we want it all – we want them to be with great personality and we want them to look nice too! Look does matter, but we don’t want good looking zombies or catwalk models that do not care about giving good service to all of our guests and being great co-workers to others in the AirAsia family.

募集内容:

客室乗務員 （中部国際空港ベース ）

業務内容:

客室乗務員業務（国内線、国際線乗務予定）、およびこれに付随する関連業務

入社時期:

2019年４月１日以降、会社の指定する時期

応募資格:

≪客室乗務員経験者/未経験者共通≫

• 高校卒業以上で2019年2月時点で20歳以上の方（現在在学中の方で弊社指定時期に入社可能な方は応募可）
• マレーシアでの訓練（2ヶ月半程度）に参加可能な方
• 航空機乗務に際し呼吸器・循環器・耳鼻咽喉・眼科・脊椎等に異常のない方
• 矯正視力0.8以上の方（コンタクトレンズ使用可）
• 中部国際空港、もしくは会社の指定する空港まで公共交通機関もしくは自家用車を利用して60分以内で通勤可能な場所に居住または居住予定の方
• 2019年2月1日時点で、パスポートの残存期間が12ヶ月以上ある方
• 外国籍の方は日本で就労可能な在留許可を取得していること
• 客室乗務員として経験のある方（国内・国際不問）歓迎
  ※客室乗務員経験とは保安要員として訓練を受け、乗務されていた場合をいいます
• 先任客室乗務員/チーフパーサーの経験がある方は尚可

語学:

• TOEICスコアが650点以上もしくは英検2級以上の英語力を有する方
  （入社後、マレーシアで現地教官により実施される訓練に対応できる英語力、英会話力が必要）
• その他の言語（中国語、韓国語など）が話せる方優遇
• 日本語を母国語としない方は、ビジネスレベルの日本語会話が可能で、漢字の読み書きができる方

雇用形態:

契約社員
（訓練中は訓練生として契約。所定の審査合格後、客室乗務員として契約。正社員への登用あり。）

JOINING DATE:

• From 1 April 2019, the time specified by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must be over 20 years old as of 1 February 2019 upon high school
  graduation
• Applicants who can attend training in Malaysia (about two and a half months)
• Corrected visual acuity of 0.8 (LogMAR) or more (with or without contact lenses)
• Living or planning to live in a location no further than 60 minutes away from Chubu Centrair International Airport by public transportation or private car
• Passport has validity of 12 months or more as of 1 February 2019
• Foreign nationals must have residence permit to work in Japan

LANGUAGE SKILL:

• TOEIC score of 650 or more
• Sufficient English proficiency to correspond to the training conducted by local instructors in Malaysia after joining the company
• Applicants who can speak other languages (Chinese, Korean, etc) will have an advantage
• For non-Japanese applications, business-level Japanese conversation/reading/writing skills are required
