Main Objectives:

  • To operate the aircraft in accordance with established professional and regulatory guidelines.
  • To support the Captain in the management of the flight and decision-making. To deputise for the Captain, when necessary.

Main Duties:

  1. Operate the aircraft in accordance with established professional and regulatory guidelines. Under the command of Captain, responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and the safety of its occupants during flight.
  2. Support the Captain in the management of the flight and decision-making.
  3. Execute the function of the PF or PNF, according to the decision of the Captain.
  4. Obtain and utilise the information necessary for the safe conduct of the flight, including cases of re-routing, re-clearance and/or diversion
  5. Ensure that all operational procedures, limitations and checklists are complied with in accordance with the Operations Manual.
  6. Collect prepare and complete all necessary flight documents in accordance with the requirements of the Operations Manual
  7. Report to the Captain any incident that has or may endanger safety
  8. Deputise for the Captain. In the absence of the Captain take responsibility for the aircraft and the rest of the crew
  9. Any other duty, as required by the operations management.

Education & Training:

  • Current valid ATP license.
  • Valid class 1 Medical check
  • DGCA examination requirements.

Experience:

  • Minimum legal number of flying hours according to type.
