Role Purpose:

  • To attend internal and external customer pertaining to ticketing issuance, refund matters and guide customer on the online booking facilities

Key Accountability:

  • To attend to customers promptly and according to standard operating procedure (SOP)
  • To ensure documents are correctly issued
  • To ensure daily sales collection are balance and tallied with transaction performed
  • To assist Duty Officer in ticketing function, loading tickets, opening and closing office and other task as and when required

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in any related field with 1 year any relevant/related working experience or
  • SPM (Pass) with 2 years any relevant/related working experience

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Computer literate
  • Presentable and pleasant appearance
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Knowledgeable in Reservation & Ticketing is an advantage

Key Challenges:

  • Handling passenger and complaints
  • Altèa Reservation Desktop Web (Amadeus) system disruption
  • Inconsistent rules and regulations
